DCPROXY User Agreement

Summary
This Agreement sets forth the terms of use for DCPROXY proxy services hosted on Sell.App. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. We provide access to proxy servers for lawful commercial and personal use.
1. Definitions
- Service — the DCPROXY proxy service that provides access to proxy servers
- User — an individual or legal entity using the Service
- Administration — the DCPROXY team that manages the Service
- Plan/Product — paid access to proxy servers for a specified period
- Proxy server — an intermediary server for accessing internet resources
2. Provided Services
The Administration grants the User access to IPv4 and IPv6 proxy servers for:
- Anonymous access to internet resources
- Bypassing geographic restrictions
- Protecting personal data
- Automating lawful business processes
3. Acquisition and Use
To use the Service, the User must:
- Purchase a plan through Sell.App
- Receive proxy server access via email or Sell.App dashboard
- Use the proxy servers in accordance with this Agreement
- Comply with the technical limitations of the chosen plan
4. Payment and Rates
Payment is made at current rates. Service costs are listed on Sell.App product pages and may change. The User may request an increase in the number of simultaneous TCP connections through support.

- Stripe — card payments via Stripe processor
5. Refund Policy
Refund Conditions
No refunds are provided in the following cases:
- If the User received a trial period and then purchased a service — refunds are impossible under any circumstances
- If proxy servers stop working due to the User's actions (address space blocked by a specific site)
- In the event of a violation of this Agreement
A refund is possible within 24 hours of plan purchase if:
- The User did not receive a trial period
- Proxy servers are unavailable for technical reasons on the Administration's side for more than 24 hours and no compensation is provided after issues are resolved
- The service does not match the stated technical specifications
6. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the Service:
6.1 Unauthorized Access and Hacking
Using proxy servers to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, including password brute-force attacks, specialized hacking tools, or attempts to access protected resources, is forbidden.
6.2 Automated Protection Systems
Solving anti-automation systems (including reCAPTCHA) is permitted only on the SimpleDC plan. Using proxy servers to bypass such systems on the Datacenter and ISP plans results in immediate service termination.
6.3 Search-Engine Data Collection
Using any proxy servers for automated data collection from search engines is strictly forbidden. This restriction applies to all plans without exception.
6.4 Mass Automated Checks
Mass checking of account availability is prohibited, including using VMs/registration checkers to send multiple requests to password-recovery forms or verify account existence.
6.5 Network Infrastructure Scanning
Scanning network resources to detect open ports, search for vulnerabilities, or perform any technical security analysis without the explicit permission of the resource owner is not allowed.
6.6 Mass Communications and Spam
Sending unsolicited messages of any kind, including advertising, phishing materials, financial-scheme messages, or any other unauthorized bulk communication, is strictly forbidden.
6.7 Financial Violations
The Service may not be used to commit financial crimes, including operations with stolen funds, illegal transactions, or fraudulent schemes.
6.8 Intellectual Property Infringement
Using proxy servers to distribute content protected by copyright without rights-holder permission, including software, multimedia materials, and other intellectual property, is prohibited.
6.9 Content Involving Violence
Using the Service to distribute material depicting violence against minors, including graphic, video, or audio content, is categorically forbidden.
6.10 Disruption of Network Services
Using proxy servers to conduct attacks aimed at disrupting internet services, including denial-of-service attacks and other destructive actions, is forbidden.
6.11 Analysis of Our Address Space
Collecting proxy server IP addresses for further commercial use or distribution is prohibited.
6.12 Violation of Local Legislation
Using proxy servers for activities that violate the laws of the jurisdiction where the proxy server is physically located is prohibited.
6.13 Actions Resulting in Complaints
Any actions that may lead to IP addresses being blacklisted, receiving third-party complaints, or destabilizing proxy servers and related services are prohibited.
7. Liability of the Parties
The User bears full responsibility for:
- Complying with this Agreement
- The legality of actions taken while using the Service
- Damage caused to third parties
- Transferring a plan/product to third parties and any damage they cause
The Administration is not responsible for:
- The User's actions while using the Service
- Temporary technical failures
- Blocking of proxy servers by third parties
8. Personal Data Processing
The Administration processes Users' personal data in accordance with international data-protection standards. We collect only the information necessary to provide services and do not share data with third parties without the User's consent.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
The Administration may modify the terms of this Agreement. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Sell.App store page. The User must independently monitor changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
10. Termination of the Agreement
The Agreement may be terminated:
- At the User's initiative at any time
- At the Administration's initiative upon violation of the terms
- Upon expiration of the paid plan
11. Technical Support
Users may contact technical support through Sell.App messaging system or specified contacts.
Support Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 22:00 (UTC+3)
- Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 – 22:00 (UTC+3)
Crypto payments via support are available during business hours.
Profanity or insults toward support staff are prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in a one-month refusal of support.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in accordance with applicable law.
13. Plan/Product Renewal
Renewal is currently possible manually through Sell.App or support. Provide plan details for renewal assistance.
14. Free trial period
The trial period is provided once per User at Administration's discretion. Abuse of trials may result in blocking plans, denial of support, and suspension of further trials.
15. Final Provisions
This Agreement takes effect when the User purchases services through Sell.App. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
